Delete your Weight Class account

Weight Class is made by UGC Mediakits. You can delete your Weight Class account and everything in it at any time: in the app, on this page, or by email. Deleting your account can't be undone.

In the app

Open Weight Class, go to Profile, tap Delete account and confirm.

On this page

Enter the email address and password you use for Weight Class. Your account is deleted right away; you don't need the app.

Signed in with Apple or Google, or forgot your password?

Email us at support@ugcmediakits.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll check that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

  • your account: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash) and all sign-in sessions;
  • your profile, onboarding answers, plan and goals, and your AI consent record;
  • every meal you logged and every meal photo, your saved meals and your remembered foods;
  • your weigh-ins, water, supplements, and GLP-1 mode details, doses and side effects; and
  • your reports about products.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Copies in our database backups and server logs, until they expire within 30 days. See How long we keep information.
  • If you bought Weight Class Premium: Apple or Google, and our payment provider RevenueCat, keep records of the purchase as the law requires. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings.
  • Anything Weight Class saved to Apple Health or Health Connect stays there. You can delete it in those apps.
